ScarySMM resells social media marketing services from third-party providers. Delivery times, quality, and refill policies depend on those providers and may change without notice.
If an order cannot be completed, the spent amount will be refunded back to your ScarySMM wallet. We do not offer cash refunds for completed or partially delivered orders.
You may not use ScarySMM to promote illegal content, hateful or violent material, or to target accounts you do not own or are not authorized to promote. Abuse of the platform may result in immediate termination without refund.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
ScarySMM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of ScarySMM after changes means you accept the revised terms.
